Terms of Service
Legal terms, client agreements, intellectual property assignment, and service guarantees governing RS Nexovate Technologies engagements.
1. Acceptance & Scope of Contractual Agreement
By commissioning RS Nexovate Technologies (“Company”, “we”, or “our”) for software engineering services, executing a Statement of Work (SOW), or accessing our official website and proprietary platforms, you (“Client” or “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must refrain from utilizing our engineering services or web resources.
2. Software Development Services & Intellectual Property
RS Nexovate Technologies delivers bespoke software engineering services including cross-platform React Native mobile applications, enterprise Next.js 14 web platforms, custom WordPress CMS implementations, and .NET Core 8 backend architectures under individual client contracts:
Upon 100% financial settlement of agreed project milestone invoices, all bespoke source code, visual design assets, custom database schemas, and intellectual property developed specifically for the client transfer fully and exclusively to the client.
Proprietary commercial digital applications operated by RS Nexovate Technologies (including BrajVerse Portal and FamRx App) remain the exclusive intellectual property of RS Nexovate Technologies and are protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
3. Confidentiality & Mutual Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all technical blueprints, business logic, customer records, database schemas, and source code shared during pre-sale consultations or engineering sprints as strictly confidential. RS Nexovate Technologies signs binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to onboarding client technical assets.
4. Engineering SLA & Bug-Fix Support Warranties
We warrant that custom software delivered by RS Nexovate Technologies will conform to the technical specifications defined in signed Statements of Work. Following production deployment, standard bug-fix warranty periods apply as specified in individual client service contracts to ensure zero critical defects and smooth operations.
5. Client Co-Operation & Milestone Approval
Timely execution of software projects depends on prompt client feedback, provision of necessary API credentials, and review of sprint deliverables. Payment milestones are tied to verified project deliverables as outlined in the execution schedule.
6. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under or related to these terms shall fall strictly under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.
